ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING 1. The Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre (UWEC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of Animals food, Assorted Stationery, Cleaning Materials, Building Materials, and food items for staff lunch. 2. The Bidding documents shall be inspected and issued at UWEC Procurement Office, Pentagon building, plot 56/57, Lugard Avenue, Entebbe. 3. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 03.00pm; on 1st March 2023 for supply of Animal Food, 2nd March 2023 for supply of Assorted Stationery, 3rd March 2023 for supply of Cleaning Materials, 6th March 2023 for supply of building materials, and finally 1st march 2023 at 12.00pm for supply of food items for staff lunch. 4.
